Eligibility Criteria:
You must be 18 years or older.
You drink more than 4 drinks per day (for women) or 5 drinks per day (for men) on 4 or more days a week .
You must be willing to participate in the study’s protocol and follow-up visits.
You might not realize, but alcohol is slowly taking more from you than you think --- your health, your relationships and even your future.
It is not just about the physical risks, like heart problems or liver damage: it’s also about the mental toll --- anxiety, depression and the strain on your relationship.
